At LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart, advasolutions needed to be visible before the trade fair began. The aim was to create a campaign that would reach decision-makers and trade visitors in urban areas - directly on their way to the trade fair. OTBT COMMS developed the creative concept and all DOOH motifs for this - with a strong B2B approach, concise headline guidance and an eye-catching design. The campaign was played out via digital billboards at central mobility hubs: Train stations, underground & suburban train lines, main roads and the airport ensured maximum visibility along the entire visitor journey.

Digital presence at relevant touchpoints

Our creative strategy focused on concise messages, visual clarity and high recognizability. In close collaboration with the advasolutions marketing team, several DOOH motifs were created - as still and moving image variants.

The message: We are here - before you are.

Reach target groups in flow

The DOOH spots ran at strategically selected hotspots: Train station, airport, S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines as well as on the highly frequented entry and exit roads around the exhibition grounds. The spots were positioned so that they were visible on the way to the trade fair and directly in the urban environment - where the relevant B2B target group moves.

Mobile mindset shift: Instead of traditional trade fair communication, we relied on an emotional and striking visual language that anchors the brand in people's minds at an early stage - before they make their first contact with the stand.
